This notice explains how Hildebrand Limited (“we”, “us”) handles personal data when you use scalar10.com and related partner-access pages. Scalar 10 is a brand of Hildebrand Limited (company number 06128364).

What we collect

  • Messages you send to us by email or other contact channels you choose.
  • For invited partner access: credentials you submit (such as email and password), session cookies needed to keep you signed in, and limited login-attempt data used to prevent abuse.
  • Technical data that our hosting provider may process automatically (for example IP address, request logs, and approximate location) when you visit the site.

The public marketing pages do not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts.

Why we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and manage partnerships.
  • To authenticate invited partners and protect gated materials.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website (legitimate interests / contractual necessity, as applicable).

Sharing

We use service providers to host and deliver the site (currently Netlify). They process data on our behalf under their own terms. We do not sell personal data. Links to third parties (for example WHIS, YouTube, LinkedIn, or Google Drive) are governed by those services’ own privacy policies.

Cookies

Essential cookies may be used for partner session access and related security controls. We do not set non-essential marketing cookies on the public site.

Retention

We keep correspondence and access records only as long as needed for the purpose above, legal obligations, or dispute resolution, then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, and to object or complain to a supervisory authority. UK residents may contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). To exercise rights with us, email hello@scalar10.com.
